After having my Cell C speedstick for like 2 years it suddenly stopped working. I was told its the sim card, no more network coverage, congestion, software issues etc etc. I have phoned the call center numerous times and even made a trip to a Cell C branch. The problem was not fixed. I have asked someone to contact me with regards to canceling my contract as I could not wait any longer so I went to a new service provider. I was contacted yesterday by a guy asking if he can come to my house to sort out the problem, WEEKS later, after I requested it to be cancelled. I am being charged for services that I am not using. I had been dealing with Tshepo at the call center who is actually incompetent. This is DISGUSTING SERVICE Cell C and by looking at the other comments made on your facebook page it seems I'm not the only 1 who thinks this. Tshepo has been promising to phone me back for the past 2 weeks. My account was debited on the 1 April which it should not have been. Just want this issue to be addressed ASAP.
