No feedback after 3 months!!!

2 weeks later and still no response. Just a comment that someone will get back to me. I am no with this attitiude of mtn. I have been a customer for many years. I'm done. Please give me an address where I can drop your equipment off. My cell contract also expires soon. You can keep your stuff. This is pathetic!
