Hello Peter does not Help in resolving my issue

From since February 2013 have I been waiting to receive my tablet back from your Westgate Branch. We are now toward December and not even a call has been received by myself to tell me the delay/progress on it.

I have logged numerous complaints through your relevant departments, the store and Even HelloPeter.

I recently 2013, I logged a further complaint with ICASA who have now responded in saying I need to escalate the matter higher. My Question is why do I have to escalate matters externally. Why can MTN not easily repair the damage of the screen as all evidence provided proved the phone had been damaged by MTN to have cracked the screen. I only requested you repair the phone/MIC.

I am now told to escalate the matter with the National Consumer Commission (NCC). Why wont MTN assist me themselves?

Even logging a complaint here on Hello Peter dont help with anything as the matter is still not resolved. So What is the point of Hello Peter also?
