Days later and still no BIS activation

Yellow MTN. Me again. Went into your Mooirivier Mall store first thing Friday morning 3 May. Completed a form to have my BlackBerry BIS activated. Apparently this would have been done within 48 hours. Contacted MTN (0831808) this morning (Monday 6 May) to enquire why my BIS is not activated yet. Apparently they never received the documents. Contacted MTN Potch, no mam, it is impossible! We sent all the forms through. So, MTN? Who is lying? Your call centre operators or your staff at MTN Potch? Or is this a case, as usual, of MTN just refusing to render a service? Potch MTN would've phoned me back, still waiting for the call. MTN: you. You prove it to me over and over and over again. Please don't respond to this complaint since I am sick and tired of your standard response about how important my complaint is to you and blah blah blah.
