MTN deducted money after cancellation logged

This is my 2nd Hello Peter complaint for MTNSP management, the complaints department never got back to me with a complaint that I logged on 4 July 2013.

MTNSP responded as follows on Hello Peter:

"Hello D-Troy,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. The matter has been escalated to the billing management team for urgent investigation. They will contact you directly with feedback and an action plan.

The next step is to involve the Ombudsman, I am tired of fighting with MTN. I have SO MUCH reference numbers for all the phone calls I have made and the empty promises of supervisors and consultants notifiying that they will phone back. The complaint is with regards to the contract number: A2848839. The billing department did not contact the account holder to clear the billing query. I ask again, please contact the account holder on 082 921 7859 because the account query is NOT SETTLED and MTN is now sending letters for money outstanding. I also have written consent to act on her behalf, my no. 083 300 5157
