Regarding the THOUSANDS of complaints towards CELL C...
I am POSITIVE that there are A LOT of you out there experiencing EXACTLY the same problems as me.. I have a GIGA 20 contract... I have full signal but what do you know from 5pm to 11pm the connection is completely useless. I have made NUMEROUS complaints to CELL C to no avail. Then when it comes to my cell phone.. In my home for the past 2 months I NEVER have 3g signal. So browsing the net on EDGE is pointless. As the EDGE signal is utterly pathetic as well. I call the call centre to be informed that "They know their are problems and they are upgrading the towers" BLAH BLAH BLAH.. Then I decided to speak to a friend that works in the CELL C call centre... He had a few interesting things to tell me.. How they are TOLD BY MANAGEMENT to to the CUSTOMERS about data problems and signal problem. That they are told to to the customers saying that the "upgrades" will be complete as well as lying about technicians attending to problems.. So if you are wondering about being to from CELL C.. Then YES you are RIGHT. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU!!!
