Still no response from MTN coverage department

Good day

Your reply dated 26 March 2013 has reference (REQ:1946289).

I'm still waiting for someone from your coverage department to attend to my request.

Veronica, you've promised that this matter has been escalated to their management. Well I'm sad to say that I'm still waiting for a response and find MTN's service terrible to say the least.

I need urgent intervention in this matter as I'm now going to the press. It seems that MTN is not worried about their customers. I'm travelling at the moment and will not be in Johannesburg until Saturday.

I've given you two weeks to respond to my request on HelloPeter.

It's been TWO MONTHS since i ininitally logged the request with your coverage department on 6 March 2013 (ref 0051710)

I'm awaiting your response, which will probably again be an excuse and telling me how much you care about your customers, but let's try.
