Absolutely no response from coverage department

Have been having problems with my cell phone reception in my new office. Phoned the first time on 2 April to lodge a complained and ask for assistance. Have been told that somebody will phone me within 10 working days to attand to my problem. Phoned again after two weeks (I got no response from MTN). Got a response during the call that my problem should have been attended to. Got a promise that my request would be escalated. Phoned again on 22 and 29 April with the same response. Phoned again on 6 May and I asked to talk to a supervisor. Was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes after which I was cut off without talking to anybody. Have phoned again today (7 May). Got the same response and was cut off this time after more than 8 minutes. I would really appreciate it if MTN could attend to my problem as soon as possible. You could appreciate my frustration with the absolute complete lack of service/customer care from MTN as I have struggled more than 2 months to get my bank details changed recently. Thanks to Hellopeter this is now solved.
