Another month past, and still no response from mtn

25th march i wrote on hellopeter i did get a response from veronica, req 1939837. Oh so sorry! My complaint has been escalated to management coverage diversion? FOR URGENT ATTENTION! Guess what has happened? ZERO! NOTHING! The normal promises! I got a good mind not to pay anymore! That will get there attention. My reference number is making0039747 which i have had since march 2012.
