In response to your answer on my initial complaint "MTN Coverage department giving VERY POOR service! " on 07/01/2013:

Your proposals being: 1. Contact the coverage department directly, 2. Log the issue via my Service Provider.

I have contacted your coverage department directly and dealt with them from the start of my problems 5 months ago (also made very clear in my initial complaint from 07/01/2013), so that option does not work. Hence the complaint.

Your other option of contacting my service provider (being Altech Autopage) to log the issue on my behalf was also done months ago and nothing came from it.

Your coverage team eventually sent out someone on 28/11/2012 to test my signal after I had to phone them numerous times for something to happen. The person who tested my signal, Jonas, said that my signal is very poor and that he would request a signal booster. That never happened and everything went quite again. I don't know what else I can do, as I've already done everything you've proposed in your response. For your reference, the reference number I used when contacting your coverage department directly every time is 0045015. I really hope that you can resolve this issue!
