Lackberry 9300 repaired twice

Raylene Van der Merwe bought this cell phone from Markham Walmer Park on the 26.07.2012. on the 13.03.2013. I send cell in for scroll pad not functioning. (TRF no 0107504). the phone came back with the same problem. On the 08.04.2013 it was send back again for repairs. (TRF no 0107505). The blackberry came back with the same problem but markhams refuse to replace cell phone. on both occasions the cell phone was inspected and was send in with no visual damage. After the phone came back from first repair it had a dent on the back beneath the battery. The cell phone is paid up in full and I get no positive results either from MTN nor Markham. This is unacceptable customer service.
