3 Months to cancellation!!!

My first contracts expire in 3 Months!! Yippeeeee!! then my CANCELLATIONS can begin!

After numerous complaints MTN ignores me. No feedback NOTHING!!!
My last complaints were lodged on: Network Coverage problems Case Reference[#6191614] 8 Feb 2013 12:55
30 Jan 2013 14:02 Reference number:0050345 29 Jan 2013 11:04 17 Jan 2013 08:47.
Numerous Templates have been completed and sent!
Since then I have had the following problems:
On 12 Feb at 18:00, 20:26, 21:34, I tried placing voice calls and people phoned me where the calls went straight to voicemail. I only received a message "Network Busy". Data Coverage is so bad that I now only use Vodacom data!
MTN is in breach off contract as they are not providing me with the service they promised! If they can not provide the service I am entitled to please cancel my contracts!

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes.
The matter has been escalated to the coverage management team for urgent investigation. BLABLABLA!!!
