MTN Coverage

I called MTN Coverage as there is almost no MTN coverage at my business premises in Alberton.
I was promissed a "coverage assessement" within 12 days. I am still waiting for feedback 28 days later.
When I call the coverage department I get promisses that they will call me back, but this never happens.
