NO Data Connectivity, 8ta continues to Bill?!!!

I have no data coverage/ connectivity in my home. I have logged 3 queries since September 2013 and the issue is still not resolved. The references are 6571138, 6882536 (incident 4077494), last query 7254950. Two technicians have visited my premises over the period and they all promised to escalate the matter to some Network Department and as of today tere is still no resolution. The coverage issue has gotten worse and I have been unable to use the data services since 21 December 2013. I then sent a request for a cancellation of contract since 8ta was unable to fulfil their obligations. When 8ta realised that i have good grounds to request a cancellation, they called me to say that the coverage problem will take at least 4 months to resolve. So 8ta wants to bill me for 4 months for a service that i have not used for a month and will be unable to use for another 4 months. My cancellation request was acknowledged but there has been no feedback for over a month. This is appauling service and I would really like to cut my losses at this stage. 8ta is very good at treating genuine queries with the silent treatment. Can someone from 8ta who still has some decency get me out of this mess.
