I upgraded my phone on my MTN contract on 12-03-2013. I returned the phone the next day due to the internet being faulty and slow and the Facebook application not working. The consultant suggested that there is nothing wrong with the phone. After the phone got tested by a technician, I returned the phone to the supplier seeing that I don't want a phone that is out of order. The supplier suggested that the phone has to be sent away for a warranty assessment. I phoned the MTN call centre on 18-03-2013 and they insisted that the phone has to be replaced. On 22-03-2013 I phoned the supplier and they confirmed that they only received the phone now. The following Monday Mrs Julies phoned me and said that they have been working on the phone for two days. I then confronted her on the fact that she was lying to me and she hung up. I contacted the area manager (0832127131) who didn't answer my call, but contacted me the next day and told me that she will sort the problem out. I still haven't heard from her. The phone was suppose to arrive today and when I contacted them to confirm its arrival, she hung up. I still have no phone and I am still awaiting answers and a solution to my problem.
