TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I contacted MTN on Wed to upgrade my contract, I am currently on a Blackberry and upgraded to an I phone. Gloria contacted me and all went well until she changed my contract b4 I even had my I phone so my Blackberry stopped working. After long wait they put the BIS back on (Hope at no extra charge) then the company that was delivering my phone contacted me on wed 16:40 I missed the call and returned it 10min after. They then informed me that they will call back in 2min.still waiting. I phoned back the next day at 8 & was informed my phone will only be delivered on Monday as I did not answer their call. That just made VERY angry as I phoned back & was promised a call back which was not the case. After a lot of complaining my phone was finally delivered the same day. Then at 15:00 that day wen I had my phone I asked them to please activate and do a sim swap for my Micro chip. They told me it should take 2-24hours. I phoned back on Fri and they said they could do NOTHING to help me as it was a public holiday & will log a call so it should be activated on Mon. Luckily I phoned Mon morning and no call has been logged so I logged it, phone still not working... Should upgrade be so tedious??
