Phone been out for 2 weeks

On 12/2/2013 I reported to Telkom that my mother's phone was dead. They then tested it and said there was no problem. I had to insist that they send a technician and was given a ref no 477crz120213. No one arrived. I phoned again on 13/2/2013 and again they said they would send a technician. Nothing happened for the next two days. On 16/2/2013 I was phoned and told the phone was fixed. We were away for the weekend so on Monday morning I went to my mother's place only to find the phone was still dead. This was 18/2/2013. They again gave a ref no which was 223crz180213. I pointed out to them that my mother is 86 years old and alone at night and needed a telephone to link with her security company. They said they would escalate the problem and gave the escalation ref 495815.By 22/2/2013 nothing had happened so I phoned again and asked for a supervisor. She was busy and they said she would phone back. We are still waiting. However later that morning a technician arrived and after some work on the pole outside he said the line was faulty and would need to be replaced. It is now the 27th and her phone is still NOT WORKING. PLEASE TELKOM DO SOMETHING. Brian
