Cell C
No response after my poor performance complaint

I recently upgraded my Cell C contract, when I received mynew phone, the phone started giving me problems. I contacted Cell C as I do not have an Cell C shop in my town. The new phone was collected from me and then returned 21 days later.
The phone is still giving me the same problems as before I had it collected and repaired by CellC. I now phoned numerous times to have to the phone collected and requested that a new phone must be supplied, with no joy. Each consultant I speak to refers me to another department, and still I am sitting with the faulty phone.
I either want to cancel the contract as I can not use my phone and I am paying for something that is not working, or I want Cell C to replace the phone with a new model.
I reported this incident before with no reply - I think Cell C needs to reconsider my contract and I will take this issue further if I do not get any joy
