We are insured at ABSA idirect for the last couple of years. On the 12 January 2013 I was caught in a severe rain storm on a golf course, everything got soaked including my IPhone. I them contacted ABSA idirect on the Monday the 14th Jan. They called me back on The Wednesday and said their supplier (Paragon Computers) would contact me in order to verify that the phone is not working. Willie the owner phoned and the phone was collected. According to Willie they have repaired the phone and will be send back. The phone was received back the 22nd Jan, missing the sim holder. I then contacted Willie and ABSA idirect and was told it would be send to me, received the 24th Jan.
I noticed that the phone is not working properly, the fond size changed all the time, the phone switch off and on when it wants to, some apps is not working and the camera is not working and the battery either last 2 days or 2 hours after been fully charged. ABSA idirect was contacted, they laid the blame at their supplier and he will contact me again for the phone to be fetched. I explained to them that this is not possible as I need to leave the country for a while. On my return I contacted Sithee Naidoo f
