I RECEIVED 3 PHONES WITH IN A MONTH AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE PHONES. I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT AND RECEIVED A NOKIA LUMIA 820. THE FIRST PHONE I RETURNED WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS BACK GUARANTEE. THEY REPLACED IT WITH THE SAME PHONE, I ASK THE LADY IF I CAN CANCEL THE UPGRADE AND SHE SAID NO. SO I TOOK THE SECOND PHONE AND WITHIN A WEEK I RETURNED THE PHONE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, NO SIGNAL AND THE SPEAKER WAS FAULTY. I ASKED THE LADY AGAIN IF I CAN CANCEL THE UPGRADE, THEN SHE SAID I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT IN THE FIRST 7 DAYS. THEY SEND THE PHONE TO MTN HEAD OFFICE, SO I WAS WITHOUT A PHONE FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. IN THE MEANTIME I GOT AN ACCOUNT OF ABOUT R2000. ON THE FIRST OF MAY I GOT MY 3RD PHONE, I RETURNED IT YET AGAIN WITHIN A WEEK, I ALSO PHONED MTN CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID I MUST GO BACK TO THE STORE AND TELL THE LADY I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE PHONE AND SHE MUST EXCHANGE IT AND SHE REFUSED TO HELP ME. SO I GAVE HER THE PHONE AND TOLD HER I DON'T WANT THIS PHONE AND THEN I LEFT THE STORE. IT HAPPEND ON 10/05/2013 AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM YET, SO WHAT AM I TO DO ABOUT THERE SERVICE?
