Treating clients like children

I phoned Telkom to query my account. The call centre agent did not even listen to my explanation, but immediately decided I am just wasting her time and does not understand. Only when she went through the trouble of listening to me she agreed that it was wrong. This treatment of clients will cause me to find alternative solutions!!!
