TELKOM IS ABSOLUTLY USELESS!!!

Please if you can not find qualified people to work in your call centre rather don't offer that service.

ADSL line is down we have 3 as this is a business i phone to report the problem and am told if I can not give the number with the fault telkom refuses to send out a technician. We have 3 numbers which i have given.

Please advise what service you are actually offering your clients or do you just advertise and our money everymonth. The call centre agent was very arrogant and gave us his incorrect name cause when we phoned back no-body knew who he was. All supervisors and Management are in a meeting as usual when ever there is a complaint. TELKOM PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER!!!
