Mweb Business Hosting - What a joke

We contact Mweb business to arrange some web hosting, virtual servers and several email accounts in Dec 2012. We went for their highest options.

Promptly received closure documents and invoices.

After much complaining and escalating we eventually were given the actual server settings and user names and passwords to actually use the emails. None provided to client.

Then we noticed we were being double billed for as we had been setup with two sites. More complaining but apparently told it is fixed.

Weeks ago we asked for a range of new email addresses to be created. We have given up on asking for them. Douglas appears to just be igonoring us now... like he did in December. I have staff who are using private gmail accounts now.. as mweb can't seem to get ours added. nice. really professional.

And on top of it, we get notice upon notice of scheduled down time. "From 6pm to 6am" for example. Tough if you are running a mission critical system.

And the best yet.. we have now discovered mweb simply reboots our vitual servers after midnight.

The fact that we run telemetry systems that feed our database servers in real time seems not to bother mweb. Stuff the clients needs... reboot
