Last week i entered an inquiry on the Telkom website and am still waiting for a response.
So i went back to the old method "Phone" which took up to 20 minutes to get to speak to someone.
I asked them did they get my inquiry. Well as expected they had no idea of Web inquiries. The answers was "We do not allow web inquiries"

What is the point of having an inquiry web facility for clients and prospective clients when you do not get any response.
Any Professional website that offers inquiry facilities responds immediately with an email giving a reference number.
Typical arrogant website. That is the message I get. Bombards you with products and no functionality.

It Still boggles my mind that there are corporate companies out there do not understand that a Website is the face of their company.

Telkom your clients come first so design your website accordingly and make sure all your employees Know how to use it and what it offers
