Telkom staff does not know how to treat clients

On the 26th April 2013 i called in to find out the update of my internet service as i applied for this a week ago and did not receive any feedback. After hanging on for some time the Cal center agent decided to drop the line on me when faced with a difficult question or situation. Is this the type of people Telkom employees? I paid for the call!!! and i am a client of Telkom for a number of years now, i actually have 2 lines with Telkom and was in the process of going internet with Telkom. My mistake was not getting her name. I then called again and spoke to Prettygirl Moletsane, all i wanted was to be transferred or for her to get the Manager on the line. The manager in charge was Mpho Nkgoedi. She was apparently in a meeting and Prettygirl promised to give her the messgae for her to call me back. I called today at 12:30PM, IT IS NOW 5:21PM AND STILL NO ONE CALLED ME. Does Telkom value their existing clients. I have since canceled my Telkom internet order at 4:20pm today and i am also considering cancelling my 2 telkom lines. I am sure someone will call and apologies, it is very easy to do that. what about the cost for my 3 phone calls and the cost for my 2 visits to Telkom.
