LINE NOT FIXED 3 FAULTS CLOSED PROBLEM UNCHANGED

I have now escalated and logged the fault 3 times with telkom have received notification that problem is resolved yet my line still will not stay up the line intermitantly goes down. I might be up 30seconds or 20 minutes at times but still no stable connection as I do my studies and my work through the home internet this has become a real problem as it is every other month our line has issues like this. Does telkom actually bother taking a look at any of there faults or is it only when complaints are made that we see results. If there was a proper alternative I would leave telkom as I either get the run around or get told its resolved and still see no progress or resolution. Do you encourage your employees to to clients or do you just not give a dam. If anyone that reads this knows of an alternative please let me know as telkom deserves to loose all of their clients if this is the quality of ongoing service without any change. Even as I try type and send this my line has gone down 2ce. Ive taken 10 screen shots at random times to show the disconnects. But do you think a telkom technician would contact me as I cant contact the call center as the line drops randomly. Useless telkom
