I logged a call with Telkom via their online service a month ago to inform them that I will be moving my business and need my Telkom lines to be moved too. The kind call centre agent phoned me within 40 Min to confirm and I was very impressed by her service. Unfortunately due to circumstances the property I signed for was sold and I needed to take drastic measures and find a new location. I phoned Telkom last week asking if I can change the address we are moving to and the lady said I must cancel the request and do a new application so I did as she said. I can see from Telkom's online service that the previous request is not cancelled and nor has Telkom not phoned me within the 48hours to confirm my new address for the move of the lines. I am not happy with the service I'm getting from Telkom. I also do not understand the need for Telkom Direct stores as they can never help me with any request and always refer everything to the call centre. Yet they sit hands folded chatting about everyday life!
