Still paying for cancelled services

We cancelled our account on 5 Des 2012. MTN are still subtracting money from our account. Instead of cancelling the whole account only some of the numbers were cancelled.

I called MTN to complain and was told that nobody can help me except the lady who handled the cancellation. They would not give me her name but told me that she will call me. I again ask for her name and number so that I can contact her if I hear nothing from her. Again the lady said that she can not give out the information.

So surprise, surprise the mystery women did not contact me. I suppose it is common practice not to give names so that nobody can be held responsible for there actions.
