Bad service from accounts and MD

I have been a client of SJC Security for a couple of years, December 2012 cancelled the service as i relocated.
I mailed the accounts lady Tesna and asked confirmation that the service was cancelled.
No reply.
Two weeks later i mailed her again and ask that SJC confirm the service was cancelled and the debit order cancelled on my account.
No reply.
I called SJC offices but no one could assist. The only answer i got was from the control room that my name was taken off some list so they suppose my services is cancelled.
End of December the money was deducted from my bank account.
I called and Gerrit from SJC ask that i send him proof of cancellation as the lady does not work there anymore. I sent the mails and explain that it was not my problem if the lady has left SJC, its very unprofessional to use that as an excuse and not knowing what is going on in your accounts dept.
I received a mail from Mr Charl Du Toit, apologizing that the debit order was not cancelled by SJC and confirming that SJC will refund me by not later than Friday 18 January 2013.
No surprise that the refund was not paid, I mailed Mr Du Toit, Gerrit, accounts and sales at SJC but no reply.
Wheres my money SJC?
