I write this article in utter disgust with Telkom... yasis i have literally had it with you guys, wonder when you can get anything right!!! My mom's landline again switches off for no apparent reason, the line goes dead and each time you log a fault guess what you wait for over 2 weeks for someone to come and fix it and then not even a month later the problem persists again GOSH!!! TELKOM YOU MAKE ME SICK!!! how do you expect to retain customers if you supply service as such. When the account needs to be paid, it is always done on time so why should i expect any less from you as my service provider?? I have been patient with you guys for far too long but now IF MY MOTHER'S LANDLINE IS NOT SORTED OUT VERY SOON, I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER!!! Bear in mind my mother is elderly hence she can not be without communication at ANY STAGE... GET YOUR FLIPPEN HOUSE IN ORDER!!!
