Did not log in my cancellation request

Hallo! I had cancelled my telkom account due. Telkom continued to bill me even after I had cancelled the account. I went back to Telkom offices where I had cancelled the account and they apologised as they see I had requested cancellation, but "someone" forgot to log it into the system. The following month I again received an account added to the first account. Again I went to Telkom to complain about this and they then re-cancelled my account in front of me via an email. They also told me that they would forward me a copy of cancellation via email. i did not receive that copy via email. the next month again I received another account with a phone call from the accounts department, requesting payment for outstanding amounts. I explained that I do not owe any money as I had cancelled my account in January already. The lady then said to me that I am lying, because their is no cancellation information on their system. Please help!
