Promotional data bundle not added to the contract

I took on a vodacom smart standard contract with vodacom4u in fourways mall. the promotion was to receive a 1 gig promotional data bundle for the first 3 months, and from then onwards receive the standard 300mb of data. I have taken an additional 500mb data bundle. once the contract was active, I had a look at my data balance and it was only 800mb (300mb standard and 500mb additional). when according to the promotion it should have been 1.5 gigs (1 gig promotional and 500mb additional). I brought it to the attention of the staff at the vodacom4u branch about 3 weeks back and have still not heard any word from them as yet.
