Cancelation not actioned

I phoned and requested for the Get it thing loaded on my contract to be cancelled and they did not cancell it. The first call was in March and they said it will be cancelled. A lady called to explain what the service offers and i told her i'm not interested but she still did not cancell. i called again in August and requested for the service to be cancelled which still did not happen. i was given a reference number: 6369234 by Nikita and she promised that the service will be cancelled within 48hours still it was not cancelled.

please someone tell me were else to go. i took all my money out of my account this month because i dont want them to debit again. i am tired of paying for a service which i wont use. a service i never agreed to in the first place. i need it to be cancelled with immediate effect and i want my refund paid back to the same account were they have been debiting or else this cellc contract shold be cancelled because i will stop paying this account. I am tired of calling and waisting my time and money to request cancellation on something i know wont be cancelled because they refuse to cancell without any aprant reason.
