Charging for Services and not sorting out Account

We moved premises in July 2012 and moved Telkom System and changed numbers. Telkom charged for new numbers and never cancelled old numbers. Also noticed that they were charging for numbers not in use for a few years. When confronted they said they are not in the wrong as we never cancelled these numbers. Have spoken to no less that 10 people to try and sort out. Even did our own recon of the account and paid what is due according to the recon. When I spoke to the person from Telkom and asked her to look at my recon of the account her reply was that she does not have the time to look at my recon, theirs is right and we must pay or they will have to suspend...

What bad and terrible service, they just dont care as they know they will not be held accountable for their actions. if i dont get this sorted, i will be forced to give names and telephone numbers.

Very bad service TELKOM...
