Network Coverage available, yet no connection

Good day,

A few weeks ago I posted here on the network issue I am having with Cell C (https:///cell-c/complaints/network-coverage-available-yet-no-connection-1035308)

After this they did contact me and got a call logged (TT 1761072) and I waited for 2 weeks without any proper response. Monday I phone them again regarding this issue and the technician told me I must have received a response. He told me he will escalate it and I should get feedback on Tuesday at 10am the latest. Tuesday came and I didn't get any feedback. I phoned again, and they just had a lot of excuses again, and then they told me they can't give me any indication as to when this will be resolved. This is absolutely pathetic.

Also, the engineer who assisted me with logging the call (Kishan Madhoo) seems to be on leave. Not sure how you can get calls logged and then go on leave without resolving the issue or handing it over to another technician.

I need feedback on this asap as this is really starting to get on my nerves. Since switching over to Cell C I have experienced only poor service.

Please get this sorted out soon.
