I have logged a complaint through the Cell C website however i have not received a call regarding my matter. So once again, i will explain. We have a 20 gig data contract (sim only deal) with you which we are paying for R189 pm. We have moved to 184 Spearman Road, Sydenham, Durban and since the 1st May 2014 we have had no network coverage with the Cell C speed stick. There are 5 users on Cell C who reside on the property and we all have poor signal with voice and NO DATA coverage. We have 19gig remaining which will be lost due to your network issues... Your coverage map shows 3G however i have yet to see this. I need someone to come out to site and the real cause so that this matter can be resolved. I have been with Cell C since 2001 and since then this is my first poor service with data so to speak. I am not willing to pay for a service that cannot be delivered. Maybe fix your current network before attempting LTE. I need my matter sorted ASAP. Please call me directly to have this issue sorted.
