This is now getting out of hand, I have written 2 reports since early March and received no proper feedback. The call I logged (TT 1761072) was supposed to be resolved in one week, yet a month later nothing! My internet is getting worse and worse. How can you offer awesome deals like R149 for 1gb of data if you can't even use the data!!!

I have been patient as long as I can and the fact that no one follows up or can give me a proper explanation as to what the issue is is beyond appalling. Please escalate this or transfer the support to another technician, get the managers or CEO's involved if you must, but I am getting tired of paying for a service and not getting what I pay fo
