No reply on ticket or mails

Hi,

I am going to keep this short. I logged a fault, Ticket number 1776649, a long time ago and got NO feedback. I then logged a post on hello peter and received feedback, but nothing more. I then logged a post again and again received feedback, but still NOTHING has been done and NO feedback received.

I am going to give you until COB today to resolve my issue, or you need to send me cancellation papers please. I will not pay any penalties as CellC does not want to assist me.
