Bad service and coverage

I bought a Samsung galaxy Note 2 in December 2012, then i was using the red network and my coverage was fine until i ported to cell c. i reported it twice, given ref numbers and told that a technician will contact me shortly but they never did. when i called to make a follow up i was told that a trouble ticket was never logged with the network dept to investigate my issue. Finally i wrote on cell c's FB page and sent a mail to customer service to get their attention. i would wait 2 weeks to get feedback from the technician. They sent me a mail advising me what to do address my coverage but their solution never worked as my SIM card didn't support what they asked me to do, i replied their mail to let them know that their advise didn't work but i nerver got feedback and it's been over a month now. I regret porting, i think it's about time I go back and save my self the trouble
