I have logged a complaint with regards to network coverage about 2 months ago. I was told to wait for a call from the technician to arrange for him to come out to my house to investigate. 2 weeks went past. I then called them and was told that there is a tower fault and that they are attending to the problem. The technician Lucky was suppose to phone me back again after he had fixed it, but it did not happen. I phoned MTN coverage again, spoke to Samantha, she told me that the fault was fixed, but their was no difference in my network coverage as well as 3G connection, which according to MTN's coverage map I should have at least 3G/DSDPA signal. My calls gets dropped, my network/3G drops all the time. I am not happy with this service at all. And the way they are handling this is pathetic!

I have escalated the problem to Shane Nell, but also not getting any feedback from his side.
