Poor network coverage signal on my phone! Trying to resolve this issue for more than 2 months now. It took me more than 14 calls and about three to four weeks just to get the technician out. The technician did his test, signal is poor! That was on the 25 feb 2013, no response or feedback was received on this matter. I had to call 8ta call centre the same week to enquire on the outcomes of this, because I was told if the signal is poor the contract will be cancelled. On Tuesday 5 feb 2013 the technical dept tried to call me and left a message to phone 081180 as I did the sameday they were not able to assist me as the call centre doesn't know who tried to phone me. So I phoned again today 7 Feb 2013 to be told the case has been CLOSED. Reason for it the technical dept couldn't get hold of me on the Tuesday. Worst service ever, so easy just to close the case nice 8ta, that's brilliant service for your customers! I would never take out any 8ta contract again. I just want to know what 8ta is going to do resolve my issue... Is this going to take months? While I must pay for your poor network phone coverage??
