DISGUSTING LACK OF SERVICE AND NETWORK COVERAGE

I took out an Apple i5 contract in March 2013. Since the day I received the phone, I have been having consistent network issues. The phone loses signal and I literally cannot utilise any feature that requires data.

Johannesburg:
I moved to Jhb in May 2013 and the issue is now exponentially worse. I called and logged an incident with the call centre in early/mid May 2013. A week later I call back, after not having received any feedback to my complaint, and again log the exact same complaint. These logs occurred on successive Saturdays. During these calls I was advised that I would be called the following Monday, as per my request. This never happened.

Numerous emails have been sent from my side, with some response. All emails sent had delivery and read receipts so I could see when they were being viewed.

It's been three weeks since I completed a Network coverage incident report - which is suppose to mobilise a technician to investigate. Again, nothing has happened yet.

This past weekend I cancelled debit orders on all three accounts with Cell C (after due notification to them).

Still no calls from management.

WHAT DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
