No contract or feedback after a week!

I applied for a Galaxy Note II on contract last week Thursday, I was told I would have my phone on Monday and I would get feedback the next day. Needless to say, Monday came and I had not heard from them. So I called the fourways branch and I was assured I would have it the next but he would first call me. Well I am still waiting, I have called several times and every time I am told they will get back to me shortly but as always nothing happens. It feels like they are doing me a favor but all I ask is just keep updated as to what it going on. I am aware that the contract is only binding after in store activation so I will give it 2 more days and if nothing happens I am going to vodacom. I will consider this as a dogged bullet and If you are reading this, I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY if you can.
