Bad service and passing the buck

I applied for a contract and received my phone Tuesda. Since then I had to visit the MTN store daily to try and sort out the problem. I was told that the phones did not migrate, again and again. Then it would definitely work yesterday. Today, the 21 March I have taken the phone back, still not working. Now we need to log a fault and it maybe sorted out tomorrow. Not good enough. I currently do not have a phone. I was made promises and everyday another excuse. What will happen in a couple of months. My monday the 7 days that I have to bring back the phone has expired, but it is the MTN service that is horrific. While they were addressing my problem, Joseph was assisting his friends and commenting on friends conversations behind me, while I am waiting for 23 hours in the store. Unexceptable. Not what I would expect from a company that I want to go into a 24month contract. NO NO NO! I only want to cancell this contract with MTN because next week this problem will still persist. With the increase in petrol I cannot go to Cape Gate every day. I would rather spend more money on another company with better service.
