Cell C
Waiting for the Samsung Galaxy S4

I signed up a contract with Cell C on Friday 3rd May for the SamsungS4. They did not have the phone in stock but said they would call me as soon as they get stock. Some of my friends signed up for the same contract after me and have already received their phones and I'm still waiting. I have called Cell C every week to find out what's happening and they keep telling me that I am one of the top 10 in the waiting list. This was confirmed personally when I went into store this Saturday This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Today I went into the store again to see what's going on and after waiting for 15 minutes they tell me they don't have any papers or information regarding the contract I opened. As they give us no receipt or any paper work and they keep it all, they said I must go back tomorrow and speak to the gentleman who helped me originally because they can't help me. I'm extremely disheartened as no one seemed keen in helping me even though I told them that I work tomorrow and it's very difficult to take off. The lack of interest and help in store was unacceptable and I'm thinking twice about opening my contract with Cell C and will definitely not recommend Cell C to anyone.
