Contract not stopped after 5 months off promises

My Family top up contract that I took out 2 years and 5 months ago expired on the 7 March.
I gave notice that I don't want to renew the contract and want the phones put over to Prepaid, after 3 Months of continued complaints, only the one phone was put over to prepaid and even though its one contract, the other phone is still one contract and getting billed and money deducted from my bank account each month, the excuse is that vodacom has a problem and they cant put the phone over to prepaid.
It is not my problem but I get charged every month for this, I was promised again for the 7th time that this phone would be switched over to prepaid no later thank 15 June 2013 today is the 1 of July Still no luck.
I will never do business with Autopage again ever in my life.
