I bought a new phone on a contractural basis from Vodacom. From day 1 of having my new phone I complained to them that it had malfunctioned. They took the phone reset it and then returned it to me saying that it now works. I went back after a few days as the problem persisted. They then tried to fix the problem. At that point in time I said I want to cancel the contract and that I did not want their phone. After a week I took the phone in for repairs at the Tygervalley branch, they had the phone for 7 days and I was told that the problem was resolved. After numerous visits, I returned the phone because it was a dud. Then I went back to the shop, I gave them my phone and told them that I do not want my phone back and I told them to cancel my contract. The manageress of the shop told me that they need my phone again and that it would take 14 days for them to repair it. I then received my phone back that still didn't work. I went back to the shop, handed in my phone and told them to keep it and cancel my contract. After many phone calls and emails to Vodacom I am still waiting for someone to sort the problem out.
