No Help!!!

I took a BB9320 on the 28th June 2013 at The Workshop and on the 29/06/2013 the phone buttons were not working I went back to the store and they told me it's a settings problem and they restarted my phone. On the 2nd of July 4 buttons were not working and I went back to the store the consultant saw that the buttons are not working and he took the phone and gave me the OBF no. and I was told that If the phone give me the problem within 7 days I'll get a new phone. The OBF department rejected the phone and they said it's a GOOD STOCK. The consultant took the phone for OBF because he saw the problem. I've been paying for 3 months now and I don't have phone with me. I asked them to cancel the contract or freeze the account but still I DID'T GET HELP. I phoned cell c customer service, OBF Dept, went to the store, send emails to them still NO HELP. All I want from cell c is to cancel the contract. I still have proof of everything.
