I upgraded my 2 contracts on the 13 May 2013 by Cell C Cape Gate. I got on a Straight Up 100 Top up x2 (Samsung Galaxy pockets) I received the phones about 2 weeks after i signed the contracts. Within 4 days, both phones gave problems and were returned. Within 8 days I received 2 new phones, OF WHICH ONE GAVE PROBLEMS IN THE FIRST 2 DAYS. I received a third phone to try and see if this one would work. Within 7 days i returned the phone with exactly the same problem. Lucky for me the staff at Cell C Cape Gate, checked the phone before they sent it away to Samsung. In the meanwhile Samsung came back to Cell C and said there is no problem with the phone. I told the manager of Cell C Cape Gate, Linda Van Wyk, that I would like to cancel one of the upgrade contracts to renew it with a new one. Due to the fact that it has now been 2 months and I don't seem to get a serviceable Samsung. I was informed by Linda, that I have got a good case of cancelling and reopening a new contract due to the fact it is my 4th phone. I was informed today by Linda, that Cell C Head Office is refusing my request due to the fact that Samsung said there was nothing wrong with my phone. What me to do now?
