My 24 month contract has expired, so I would like to migrate to pay as you go. First I went into the store (Blue Route), where they told me I needed my ID to migrate, which I didn't have at the time. They gave me a photocopied form to fill out that looked like it was from a decade ago and said I must complete and bring into the store. When I asked if there was an email I could send this to she said she was not sure (REALLY??? DON"T YOU WORK HERE) and that I can phone 808 to find out. The next week I called this number, explained that I needed to know where to send the form and after transferring me three times, a lady said I could simply cancel on the phone now. Why did no one tell me this in the first place! However, according to them my contract had not expired, so I couldn't. This makes no sense as my girlfriend got her contract at the exact same time and was able to cancel hers???
A couple days later I received a sales call from MTN. He told me I have to upgrade my line because of my 24 hour contract and refused to take no for answer and was extremely rude. He was so threatening and menacing I had to put the phone down. MTN DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE, ONLY SELL PHONES
